I think a more appropriate question would be what you're shopping at.

Considering we know where the OP lives but we don't know what shops to go to, it's a valid question.

No offense but if you don't want to be corrected, watch what you put on the internet.

you should go with the 600w psu it means you have a bit of room for upgrades

and as for the rest of you with the childish bickering i don't think it matters where he is from or were he is ordering from the fact is he has a 700 euro budget most places charge in and around the same price with a price difference of 3 or 4 euro and for those of you to lazy or to stupid to do the research his budget is as follows

The exchange rate (using xe.com)

EUR:€700

USD:$925(Converted EUR to USD)

CAD:$952(Converted EUR to CAD)

come on guys i thought this forum was better than this.

I'm not sure if it's the formatting of your posts or that you don't quote a post so it's smaller but apparently, it's really easy to skip over your posts...

Here's what I came up with:

SSD: Samsung 840 Series 120GB Basic 2.5

PSU: XFX Core Edition PRO 550W 80 + Bronze

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 Jetstream

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1000GB

RAM: Team Group 8GB Kit PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 CL9 2x4GB xtreem Vulcan gold

CPU: AMD FX-Series FX-6300 AM3 + Box 6x3.50GHZ Vishera

Sum: € 649.03
Returns: € 6,99
Total: € 656.02
Total excluding VAT: € 551.27
plus 19% VAT: € 104.76

This + whatever case you chose/choose.

Ahh, I selected a mobo and it's already in the total price. I just forgot to copy and paste it.

http://www.hoh.de/hardware/mainboards/amd/sockel-am3-/asrock/792711/asrock-970de3/u3s3-mainboard-atx

For your budget, I'd say go AMD for gaming. If you go Intel, you have to sacrifice a good deal or performance.

There's not much of a point comparing the 6300 and the 4670 considering the large price gap.. For gaming, either would do just fine.

The more cores the system has the better Nvidia is over Radeon. Radeons dont make use of additional cores. Nvidia GPUs do.

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

CPU: Phenom II x6 1045t ][ GPU: GeForce 9600GT 512mb DDR3 ][ Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P ][ RAM: 2x4GB Kingston 1333MHz CL9 DDR3 ][ HDD: Western Digital Green 2TB ][ PSU: Chieftec 500AB A ][ Case: No-name without airflow or dust filters Budget saved for an upgrade so far: 2400PLN (600€) - Initial 2800PLN (700€) Upgraded already: CPU

Brands don't matter. An AMD/Intel cpu works just as well with any AMD/Nvidia gpu.

I'm not too sure about the 7870 beating the 760. They beat each other at different tests.

The 7870 beats the 760 in 3/4's of tests an the 760 winning in the gaming benchmarks but the 7870 is a better overclocker than the 760.

Sure. I actually like the look of the palit one more if you think otherwise and want to spend more, go right ahead.

All 760's will perform pretty close to one another.

Don't use the autoclock program. Use msi afterburner instead.

I personally don't prefer zalman cases but that's up to you.
