Did you already buy the fx chip?

If you didn't, get an i5.

Anyways, a 960 or a 280/285.

the most your should pair with that CPU for 1080p gaming is an R9 280X or GTX 960...anything above that will be limited by the CPU performance in many titles.

By black friday, the gpu market will be quite a bit different, thats in quite a few months. It will probably be the 970, but nobody knows. Also, the 8370 won't be any better than your 6300, so you shouldn't even think about buying that.

Don't buy an FX cpu for gaming. Nor a Phenom. Only AMD CPU's that are good for gaming are APU's and the Athlon series. If you want high-end gaming performance, get a Core i3/i5/i7. But if you want to do compute, which is what the FX is good for, then get a 290/290X/?390/?390X or 970/?970Ti/980/980Ti/Titan X

(EDIT: ? in front of a phrase means "maybe if the product is any good")

@GamerMan

1. Please follow your post.

2. If you havent bought an FX CPU yet DON'T, they perform trash for gaming.

3. Since you're waiting for Black Friday, the GPU market will be completely different by then. Ask closer to that time.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Max R9 280x/GTX 960. OC the CPU if you can or upgrade to an i5. Any better GPU will be bottlenecked

If you're looking to go from the FX-6300 to 8370, don't. Switch platform because nothing on AM3+ will give you any performance boost
