It not only depends on how many watts you have on your PSU. You can check minimum power requirements on the Nvidia webpage. Just search for the Gpu and go Specifications. Do you have the requiring cables for the 980ti? Im not familiarized with it but imagine that the 980 requires two 6pin connectors, do you have them? The power wont be a problem.

Nvidia recommend 600 watts, so you're fine in the wattage department.
