My GPU is acting wierd!

Well my GPU has been acting pretty wired these days wired fps locks like 15fps stable then i restart my pc and it works fine! but now i was watching Linus on youtube and i had white screen for a sec then some wierd colors and shit and now my arrow is pretty fucked up! and when it all finished it was saying your grapics drivers are not working right(something like that)
I tried changeing driver version everything nope its still fucked up! 
AMD of course HD6850 im going to pick up GTX 960 Strix tomorow!

No worries, only mods can delete topics and posts. Next time just message a mod and he/she'll take care of it right quick  :).
