the fan on the cooler, is fighting the one t the back of the case, as they are opposite to eachother.

 

swap one or the other. maybe leave the cpu cooler as it is, and have the one at the back of the case as an intake, to feed the cpu cooler with cool air (you will have to deal with the dust though)

what are your other specs like? cpu and such..

is your thermal paste properly applied and cooler secured right?

do your fans run at 100% under load?

Turn the fan on the cooler around, and make sure the front fans are intake. Currently, you have the rear fan pulling air out of the case and the fan on the cooler pulling air through the cooler; yet the rear fan is pulling all the air away from the cooler, so as someone else said they're fighting for air.

That cooler and fan look a bit on the small size for an FX8370.   The high-end FX series chips are like tiny furnaces.    A cooler with more surface area and a 120mm fan should get the job done.

I have one of those in my case and my Phenom X6 running at 125W+ rarely gets over 32c.  And it looks really good.......
