You would get more raw performance from duel 770's, but if the game doesn't support SLI you'll get less performance.

Should I go 770 4GB SLI or a single GTX 970? I have a 770 4GB right now and I have enough money to either snatch another one or get a 970 this summer... I'm running this on 3 1080p monitors.

You will be alright with 750W.

Not the best PSU but should be fine. Consider a better one when your next upgrade time comes though.
