emachines EL1300 case

I built my daughter me new PC (a10-7850k) and I was thinking about upgrading her old one. The case is built like a tank. unfortunatle the size is wrong for an mATX board. Power supply is a 220 watt bronze 80, the cpu is a AMD single core 1.6 ghz with a non-AMD cooler that attaches to the board like an intel cooler. I am thinking about using the power supply, cpu cooler, DVD RW and HD and its bracket and installing them in a PS/2 case with another A10 on a mATX board, either a model 50z or model 55. I have a few old PS/2's from back when I was collecting old classic computers. When I come home sometimes wife is using my gaming pc for farmville. A lil 160 dollar gaming pc in a classic chassis:) Small 220 watt PS would be perfect for this:)
