Help Installing Razer Comms.

So I have tried 4 times to get razer comms to work.

 

Every time I use the installer and it works fine. Then when i go and click the short cut it says

So then i click browse and i have looked through every folder and not a single one has the razercore.exe file. 

 

so then i uninstall and try again, ive even tried getting another installer but it wont work.

 

Am i doing something wrong? 

 

I tried installing razer synapse 2.0 and it worked fine but i dont know what the matter is with comms. 

 

Please help

Check where it installs the application and go to that location and click on one of the .exe's that might launch it :P

I have, it didnt work

C:>Program Files (x86)>Razer>Core>RazerCore.exe

 

Should be there

 

You may have to reboot for it to work, I just re-installed

 

 

Can you find the folder, it just doesn't have the exe in it?

 

 

Its not there, there is not a single application called. Razercore.exe at all nothing no where ive looked nothing ive tried everything i know of.

Yes, and when i go into it this is what is there

Ive clicked the setup thing and it still doesnt work after.

Just look it up manually, that open window is probably just looking for specific file types.

 

Follow the path I posted and see if it's there. If it is and it works create a shortcut from it.

I did and it wasnt there.

I dunno then, if you have reinstalled and rebooted, the only other thing I have to suggest would be to download the installer again, doubt that's the problem but the only thing I can think of.

Maybe your pc just doesn't support it. Are there 32 and 64 bit installers?

Navigate to it by going through "My Computer" and post your folder up

Again, i did, but it wasnt there. at all

Yup

try installing synapse it also installs razercore.exe
