Yeah thought so, was just running out of ideas, actually should have remembered from your screen shots.

 

I'm guessing that it is not getting on with your hardware, I would message them now anyway in case no one replies here with a fix.

 

I noticed similar complaints on their Facebook page, which seemed to be fixed by an update. Also after googling I found a few other suggestions like clicking "run as administrator" and making sure that your firewall isn't blocking it.

Well i am admin and i have tried it with my firewall down i have tried everything i can think of. 

 

Check your Windows UAC (universal account control) settings. Make sure you disable them. 

 

Right click the installer you downloaded and "run as admin"

I have done that, 

 

I have just given up on this. I dont even need it.
