You should install norton and do a virus scan. That might help.

I'd test the Build of the installer on another PC first. see if its the installer file being corrupt or invalid. if it works on another PC, then  a complete system install should work.

that being said there is probably another easy fix that's being hidden.

Captain Picard, maybe you would like to answer this:

A system install can fix things.  I had to do a reinstall to have my webcam and graphics card installed at once lol

Have you tried looking in the Program files (x86) folder rather than the Program files folder?

I really don't know then, it must be an issue with hardware compatibility then.

To be honest I had issues with it myself, after I installed it I was getting a weird sort of screen tearing effect at the top of my screen while playing games and watching videos, wasn't too big just about the size of a taskbar but still very annoying. I suspect it was Razer Comms, I uninstalled it and a few other programs, rebooted and everything was back to normal.

I'm guessing they haven't fully optimized it for all hardware configs yet. What operating system are you running? because it doesn't support XP.

If everything is as it should be, then best to contact the customer support and see if they can help:

Windows 7 64bit

Yeah thought so, was just running out of ideas, actually should have remembered from your screen shots.

I'm guessing that it is not getting on with your hardware, I would message them now anyway in case no one replies here with a fix.

I noticed similar complaints on their Facebook page, which seemed to be fixed by an update. Also after googling I found a few other suggestions like clicking "run as administrator" and making sure that your firewall isn't blocking it.
