use PC part picker you can link directly to the build...less sketchy

(for all those sketched link is legit its just a picture)

as for 4 k I really dunno I game on most 3 1080 monitors for some older stuff or one for newer stuff..so I dunno how hard it is to push 4k ..I know its not easy though and you need to start spending some big bucks to do it.

Welcome to the Forum.

We know that Gyazo is a screenshot tool.

First off, please use http://pcpartpicker.com

Second thing, what's your budget and location?

Third thing, please don't use the Kingston V300.

then here's my opinion. For gaming you really don't need more than an i5 or i7 on Z97, so there's no point in going X99. Also DDR3 is cheaper than DDR4 so you'll be saving some there. Then you should spend the rest of your budget on a better SSD and graphics.

Sig under construction.

is this a gaming PC? used for editing? what do you plan to use it for?

because just for gaming, you should not be spending so much on the x99 platform+cpu. could put more towards the graphics card

Seeing that shoppingcart, I assume you're buying from Afuture? :P

You know, you can make your wishlist on Tweakers.net and it will calculate the cheapest solution with different stores, it's like PC Part Picker but for the Netherlands.

Added, I don't think a single 970 is going to be happy at 4k resolutions. I don't have ANY experiences with it, so I'm not sure.

New to Star Citizen? Look no further!

So what cpu+platform do you think is good enough? And also what Graphic card something like the titan? Or maybe 2 cards?

look at the 1150 socket. just pick up a normal I7, then with the money you save on ram+mobo+cpu, you will have much more to put towards graphics cards.

basically with gaming, if you get any I7, you can throw any graphics cards at it. and graphics cards are what determine most of gaming perfomance. id look at the 295x2, as it lately just took a massive dump in price, or if you want to stay nvidia id look at the titanx, or 980. the 970 isnt the most powerful card in the world, and it has less VRAM. for higher resoultions, such as 4k, you want more Vram
