Looking at getting new case within a budget

I thinking to get my self a new probably better case, I currently have an CiT Goblin Case and I don't like the look of it and can only have 3 fans and my pc gets high temperature quickly when running 2 120mm aerocool shark fans and the standard fan witch came with the case. I am looking to get a case is around £60 and then 4 if the case can have 120mm be quiet! Pure Wings 2 fans. 

 

Can you suggest any good cases for good airflow and good looking cases? and I was wondering if there is any difference with the Full tower cases and the Small Form Factor part that this ones are smaller and wider. It is better to have a small form factor case or the full tower one?

I know about those cases but they can't have CD-DVD slots and I need them!

What about the Phantom 240: the front white panel is hinged so you can use the 3 drive bays
