-snip-

1 is regular edition it seems.

1 is the (mini?) ITX version.

1 seems to be reference?

I would say go for the first one: http://www.zotac.com/products/graphics-cards/geforce-900-series/product/geforce-900-series/detail/geforce-gtx-960-zt-90308-10m/sort/starttime/order/DESC/amount/10.html

Top one is the regular zotac card

Second one is the mini itx version

Bottom one has twice the VRAM (4GB)

The bottom one will be the best

It may run hotter or something..

Not sure.

But as @Firestorm said, the one I recommended has 4GB VRAM (instead of 2GB) so that will probably be the best pick if they cost the same

The small one is designed to fit mini ITX cases.. the performance difference will be almost non existent vs the other cards, the cooling performance will be worse but nothing to worry about. Also it may be louder due to only having one fan that will have to spin faster in order to cool he card.

I'd say this:

http://www.zotac.com/products/graphics-cards/geforce-900-series/product/geforce-900-series/detail/geforce-gtx-960-zt-90308-10m/sort/starttime/order/DESC/amount/10.html

The Mini-ITX is okay but form "can" affect the cooler.

The Reference, well I prefer better cooling. Reference one has worse cooling.
