Hey guys so I don't know if this is necessarily tech related or not but I have a few questions I wanted to ask. There is a guy who told a friend of mine on kik that he can turn her pictures that she sent him into nudes and that he can post them all over the internet, I just wanted to know if this is possible because this is a serious threat towards her, and I care for her. I don't want this getting out really because this will hurt her. I just want to know if this is possible, and how because I would like to stop him if he can do this.

Yes, without other pictures of her in the nude, he couldn't create a true nude image of her. He could very easily fake one though, and like Sam Z Man said (sorry, don't remember how to @ users with spaces), the legal system will gladly tell him to drop his drawers, and grab his ankles. Child nudity is a serious offense, and if he does follow through, he'll likely pick up sexual offender charges, among others.

Depends. In some states photoshopping a child to look nude is illegal (I think, I heard something about that in California), in others it's only illegal if it's a picture of the actual person. If she's over 18 and there's actual nudes, some states will have a problem with it, while photoshopping the person's face onto a nude body is "less illegal" I believe.

If he is actually threatening to post such images of her though, she has every reason to, and should contact the authorities, whether he can do it or not isn't the question; she's still being threatened. This'd probably even fall under the anti-revenge-porn laws that many states have.

That makes sense I guess but wouldn't it be worse since it can also be considered cyber bullying at this point and im sure its some form of harrassment as well 

Well, that just adds to the list of reasons to contact the authorities if it goes on.

So she went to sleep but if she wanted to contact the authorities would she call 911 or a different number.

If she wanted to, she should call her local police department. They shouldn't be too hard to get ahold of.
