just saw a guy on reddit that said he does this

anyone that knows the software i can use to do this

probably some app that has a wake on lan option

had this one fun android app that game full control mouse keyboard and 50 million other program remotes

installed it on my roommates computer endless hours of fun messing with em lol

guess i need to find the right wake on lan app

Well it would help to know if you have an Andorid or iOS device...

Could do it through Wake on LAN or an Arduino / Raspberry Pi.
