Can an EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze handle a 2600k@4.0Ghz and 2 EVGA GTX 770 SCs? I feel like I'm going to be getting one more 770 so I could have enough core power to use all 4GB effectively in a triple monitor setup... Apparently the recommended for a 770 SLI is 850W but I've seen people run cards that on power supplies that are below the recommended wattage.

It should be fine.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

For a whole system with one 770 power draw would top out around ~300 Watts, so I'd estimate around 500–550 Watts by adding a second. A good 750 Watt PSU is enough to give you a comfortable amount of headroom, I think.
