If you are a student then you should be able to buy it through your institution VAT free (20% off).

IF your a student enquire about DeamSpark with the IT guys in your uni, if they have it you will be able to get whatever version of windows you want for absolute zilch, may that be DOS or even 8.1. (one key per OS)
