Chrome is loading pages too slow?

Out of no where, my chrome is being super slow.

 

I can't load pages.

 

I can't even go on Facebook. It's not loading. I'm scanning for any viruses or malware.

 

Any possible problems?

Have you tried removing your Chrome user data to see if it performs alright without it. You can find it in "AppData\Local\Google\Chrome" in a folder called "User Data", which you can rename to check out how Chrome works without it. I had an issue with Chrome that I resolved like this, so it's probably worth a shot.

You could also try moving the cache to a faster drive, maybe even going as far as making a small 0.5GB RAMDisk (though you'll need a program that saves a copy and restores it (and the drive) on startup if you use a RAMDisk).

Have you done an Internet test (OOkla)?

And have  you tried other browsers?

looks like deleting cookies and cached images and files helped.

Doesn't really tell you anything if you ask me. Browsers slow down over time because of the cache (at least that's what it seems to be from my experience), a new browser wont have as much cached data as one that's been used for x amount of time.
