Which tripod head should I get

I have a Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 tripod, but I'm not sure if I should get separate heads fro photo and video, or if I should go with their photo movie head. If I went with separate heads I would get the Manfrotto q5o54 magnesium ball head, and a manfrotto 502 fluid head. But If you think that the photo video head would have smooth pans and tilts then I would go with that for the convenience. I mostly do photo but I dabble in video a little, and I do want to start to more video work. I have a sony a7R but once I think my video skills are getting good enough I might get an FS7 to go with the a7R.

Go with the one that has a quick release if one of them has a quick release. If you need panning and tilting then get a head that does that and if possible a quick release.

the benro s8 fluid head would be a good option

manfrotto mv500ah or the 502 or similar heads great for photography too but amazing for video
