Posted May 21, 2015 About a week ago i posted about how steam Lacks in support satisfaction Well it is coming to a month with no reply on my support case, I have now lost all respect for Valve's support team They need to invest money into the support team and employ more people to make sure people ACTUALLY GET A REPLY! They are lazy and do nothing 1 month, no response, I've had it. Posted May 21, 2015 Tell GabeN to hire more people? -Seriously there only so few people working at Valve and with the amount of people also wanting an issue resolved they cant get everyone done. Posted May 21, 2015 I think the main problem with steam is that Valve have turned oddly money hungry. They used to be more caring about their users. but now its all New hats! New Skins New Cases, Buy ALL the keys They found that selling hats on TF2 worked outstandingly well for them, so they implemented it into other valve games. and now thats all they care about. When your brand in question (in this case 'Steam') take repeated hits as Steam has done (and as far as it seems, continues to do so without flinching in the slightest), customers start looking for alternatives really fast, for any number of reasons. If Steam doesn't up their game, they might find themselves in the unfortunate position of a 1) declining brand 2) which has one of (if not the worst) reputation in the business.
