In that case you can go with this, but that's also w/o the monitor.

This is my build and i want to know if everything is compatible and if it wont bottle neck ... Open to any suggestions.

It's compatible, but you could save money if you go for non z mbo since you won't be overclocking and psu is overkill, by a lot. Save money on that and pick a 280x.

Edit:and stock cooler is gonna be fine

Go down to a h97 board since you wont overclock,

Change the 960 to a R9 280x, It has more Vram and slightly higher performance often at a lower price.

I'd say something along those lines without the monitor, as for that, I think someone else will help you better than I can. I could recommend the one that I have, it's a 23.6'', 5 ms matte IPS, and it's gorgeous, don't know if you will notice the difference between 3 and 5ms.

EDIT: You could get 8GB of RAM, I just put 16GB as an option so you could see if it fits your budget

Do you reckon a  MSI H97-Gaming 3 motherboard would be better

Better? Yes. More expensive? Yes. More Features? Yes. Difference in gaming? No. Btw what budget are you on? That could help a lot. This was a combo of gaming pc and mid range budget.

Dont get an H100i! Its loud and you dont need the cooling performance. The stock cooler would be sufficient or go for a different air cooler.
