Best SSD+HDD combo?

Hey guys I need some help finding the best SSD and HDD for my computer. I want a 250GB SSD and 2TB HDD at least but, I would much rather have something like a 4TB HDD.
I'm willing to spend a bit on them as long as they are fast and worth the cost.
I normally just do the research on my own but, since I started working I don't have that much free time.

2TB Seagate Barracudas/ Western Digital Red/Black

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
