Because of that, sometimes you can even OC a 960 to match a 770 with less power draw.

They're not nerfed. It's highly plausible that it's just that Maxwell handles tessellation better than Kepler - Hairworks is super tessellation heavy.

 

And that's just for Witcher 3, nothing else yet.
