Okay, but then an army was needed to defeat the Nazi's. I don't approve of murder, but there are things that are needed. Say USA stopped advancing their military.... Other countries would be able to take us over. Just because USA stops advancing their military doesn't mean other countries will follow suit. It must be a joint effort.
