torture or nah?

So this is my problem.....

We have dsl internet and we get 2.56 download and .5 upload and we have the following devices connected

3 laptops

5 mobile devices

And 2 Xbox ones as you all may start to realize my problem here I get really slow speeds for my devices is there a way to change this ? Maybe a new router or an extender or something please help.

Well if they're all using the internet at once the bandwidth will have to split. I have a 100Mbps line and after 3 PCs and a couple of WiFi devices I only get 34Mbps at my pc left.
