Studying help

So i was studying 2 days in a row and i have to study more for the exams but today i can't seem to be able to focus on studying, tried this morning but after 20 mins i started getting a huge headache or being hyperactive and not being able to sit down and study.

Exams start on monday any help? Had the PC turned off till 1 hour ago.

its called concentration limit, it's diffrent for each person, i recommand to take a break and relax a few hours, stressing yourself out and focussing too much on the stuff won't do much good. if you study too much it's sometimes better to haven't studied at all or a bit less.

I think that anxiety plays a big role at this as well.

2 lessons per day every day for 2 weeks.

Been happening to me a lot in last year or so, just take a break, go out on fresh air, take a walk or something. Just get away from anything that involves using your eyes and head (phone/pc/tv etc.)

Go out for a run or a long walk. I've noticed that it helps a lot

Doodle ... It helps the mind ease off while not having the need to use the Internet ... You can jog as well ... Relax ...
