I have a i7 4770k it runs at 36C and my gtx 780 runs a 60C. I am kinda of concerned

Is that at idle, or load?

your CPU is waaaay clear of any harm. those things can go to about 95 degrees i believe.

as for your GPU, it's also fine. tough if you want lower temps you could always look into the airflow in your case. maybe have some fans feed more air to the GPU?

Your temps are low, Your CPU and GPU can go up to 80 degrees without danger.

Most CPUs and GPUs can even run at 90°C. If they get to hot, they'll thermal throttle themselves down.
