Building my first gaming pc

So heres what I have so far,

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/omaralkha/saved/#view=Rrxj4D

Its a 50 bucks more than what i want it to be (500), is their a way to bring it down a little bit atleast without sacrificing much.

Im going to use it to play games like, gta, hardline, gmod, etc. I would love to play them in high settings above 40 fps. Im also going to use the pc to edit videos

So what should i change? tnx

you could probably remove the cooler and use stock for now. when you got some money perhaps buy the 212 evo. much better for the price.

Not much could be changed without sacrificing the graphics card.

I have an 8320 with the stock cooler it works alright for me.

Don't bother with that cooler, maybe try to get the GPU used for like $130.

That being said, the 970A-G46 is not a very good board for the FX chips. The minimum board you should really be considering for long-term reliability and future overclocking is the 970 Gaming from MSI. @Faceman knows more. While FX isn't the best choice for gaming, the budget won't allow for more and I understand that.

Main Rig: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) KLEVV CRAS XR RGB DDR4-3600 | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX | Storage: 512GB SKHynix PC401, 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 2x Micron 1100 256GB SATA SSDs | GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra 10GB | Cooling: ThermalTake Floe 280mm w/ be quiet! Pure Wings 3 | Case: Sliger SM580 (Black) | PSU: Lian Li SP 850W

Server: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Crucial DDR4 Pro | Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES | Storage: 128GB Samsung PM961, 4TB Seagate IronWolf | GPU: AMD FirePro WX 3100 | Cooling: EK-AIO Elite 360 D-RGB | Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow (White) | PSU: Seasonic Focus GM-850

Miscellaneous: Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro (i5-8500T/16GB/512GB), Lenovo ThinkCentre M715q Tiny (R5 2400GE/16GB/256GB), Dell Optiplex 7040 SFF (i5-6400/8GB/128GB)

If you know what you are doing then yes, but if you are OCing your cpu you will need a better cpu cooler.

U could get a fx6300 instead of the 8320. You won't be losing that much performance...

I have almost his exact build and would recommend this setup for a lot overclocking as long as you pick a better cpu cooler such as the cooler master hyper 212 evo

<p>Wish I could have this already!! : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qTLRjX

The case comes with an adapter for usb 3.0 to 2.0. If you'd want usb 3.0 speeds for the front ports, you can get a different motherboard: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga970ad3p
