YouTube removed Custom URL?

I have new upcoming YouTube channel, and the name I have to use is my e-mail (stupid name). Before You could create your own URL. There is no option for it?

 

How comes?

I want people to search my new channels name instead using my old name in the search name, they would use my new one. 

Well its good and bad. It lets youtube know that you actually making videos and their good. Thus they reward you with more options on youtube

I know, Just making the content is hard. Getting the subs is much harder.
