GTA V slutter/lag help

I keep getting lag sometimes like 4-5 fps when normally i get 40-60 and it also lags my skype somethimes i really need to fix this.

I have the same problem. Usually it happens in multiplayer because there is some bug thing that makes you cpu run at 100% because it makes you the host of the server or something (might be wrong) so therefore you cpu is causing the drops. I have a i5 and i have the exact problem. Im hoping gta can fix this though.

it was the drivers lol. But still that might be usefull because i haven't really played multi
