You should read this and edit your post accordingly:

We need to really know budget, usage, location, brand preference and if you want to upgrade and stuff.

Also, next time you will be asking for build advice, you should post it here:

I recommend you Intel® Pentium® Processor G3258 and nvidia gtx 960 or used r9 290 like Luke used in Scrapyard Wars if you have low buget if not then go with Core i5-4690K and new 960 or maybe used gtx 970 depends on country and pricing.

Meh, alright recommendations, but I'd go with a 4160 or similar or a 4460 as opposed to a G3258 or 4690k. Also, the 290 with the G3258 may not be the best of options (don't point out my build :P)

Just made a $550 PC for my cousin and he's very happy with it, here the Spec:

CPU: Xeon e3 1230v3+stock cooler (used, still got 7 months warranty left)=$110

RAM: 2X4GB RAM Kingston DDR3 1600= $60

Asus B85M-E= $70

2TB HDD= $80 and my cousin's old 500GB HDD= free. (The old 500GB HDD already has window 7 64 bit in so I don't need to "buy" it again)

GPU: MSI GTX 780 3GB (used, still got 10 months warranty left)= $160

Corsair 600W PSU= $70

Cousin's old case = free

The reason why I went with Xeon because he doesn't know how to OC and I don't need IGPU because it's pretty much useless if you already have a graphic card, he just plays games and do some light tasks.

Hope this might help you.

P.S: I live in Taxes and i learn how to bargain thanks to the Scrapyards War series :D

Well I wouldn't call the iGPU useless as it does give you access to QuickSync encoding for potato streaming or decent high bitrate recording at low overhead

well, all he does is gaming, study and light tasks like MS word, excel, powerpoint,....  so it is "pretty" useless to him and he was out of budget

i bought it online, ebay you know. A guy from New York wanted to get rid of it for SLI GTX 980. Let's just say i'm lucky.

Dang that's good. Usually something like that would ring alarm bells for scam in my head, but that's crazy! Maybe I am too cautious.

I don't do signatures.

And it still has 10 months warranty ... Unbelievable ...
