GTA V max settings

GTA V use 10-12gb memory so if you have 16gb it not enough

And Titan X 1295mhz just barely get 60fps in 1080p

No, you don't need a massive amount of memory to run the game. Your issue is something else.

Turn off the advanced graphics because they basically do nothing massive to the visual experience.

What CPU are you using? Doesn't look like all of your threads are being displayed - seems to be missing CPU 0.

Yes you can run lower memory but if PC has lots of memory it uses 10GB

Your words were "GTA V use 10-12gb memory so if you have 16gb it not enough".

I have i7 3930k and 32gb DDR3 + Titan X

Well something is obviously wrong, because I can run the game maxed out at 60fps (V-sync enabled) with my 2500k and 980. So lets determine what it could be:

Did you get the latest Geforce drivers? You should be on 350.12 if I'm not mistaken.

What are your CPU temps while playing?

and reddit and steam forum has olsoy many topic GTA V use over 10gb memory

some say it has memory leak its not memory leak

I have 16GB with pagefile disabled, max out it used 10GB so 16GB is definitely enough.

lol I play maxed out with 8GB RAM no problems. "Max settings" is not necessarily "max settings", if you catch my drift. There are certain options in the Advanced Graphics settings that will drive your memory usage thru the roof with little to no visual benefit.

Proof that Titan X isn't ready for 4k and is the perfect card for maxing out 1080p.

lol I play GTA V on all high settings at 4k with a 2gb 770.. something is very wrong there.

the vram slider says I'm using 3.1gb vram buuuut that's impossible. I get 35-65fps at 4k

That's because VRAM doesn't really affect FPS. Going over VRAM will produce stutters.

8GB system ram, R9 290, i5-4570. 1440p DSR to 1080p, high/very-high settings, advanced settings off, no MSAA. ~70-80fps avg. I use Vsync to kill the horrible screen tearing and it runs butter smooth 90% of the time. Very rarely does it drop below 60.

I also get zero stuttering or slow down.

It's the caching of the game, as you have more aviable RAM it will cache more.

Read up on the R.A.G.E. advanced memory managment it's pretty interesting actually and is the reason the game plays so smooth.

I have nothing against software using all the hardware aviable, all software should do that.

EDIT:

but I believe they have reduced the chaching amount in some recent patches - about two weeks ago I was topping at 14~15 GB total RAM usage while running GTA V, now it's only about 8~9 GB for total system. Or maybe it caches less in Online and is the reason cars pop-in so suddenly and sometimes fall from sky :)
