Will a 10/13mm tubing fit into a 13/10mm compression fitting?

it sounds like the dimensions are mistyped on the fittings

its impossible to have 13mm ID and 10mm OD because then you would have negative material and would cause a black hole that would destroy the universe

 

so its probably 10mm ID and 13mm OD just like the tubing

so yes it will fit
