Alternative to game zeros

I can tell you now that if you want fantastic mic quality you shouldn't be looking at a ModMic. I purchased one and sent it back because the sound quality just wasn't what I was expecting it to be since a lot of people said how great it is.

Now with that being said, I will still recommend the ModMic to others based on the incredible customer service I experienced with AntLion/ModMic, and the fact that if your mic quality doesn't matter too much it still makes for a good mic with good value. The hardware used in it is extremely sturdy and quality feeling.

 

Pair a ModMic 4.0 with Sennheister HD558s and that totals ~$165. That should be around 100GBP.

 

It will be difficult getting good mic and headphone quality for around ~$150 or 100GBP.
