I was thinking about G1 too but gigabyte is braindead and makes a graphics card with  blue LED when all they products are red. My PC has red scheme -.-

You can turn off the LED with the software.

The software you need is Nvidia GeForce Experience

If Red Scheme ... You have one choice ... MSI GTX 970 ...

If you still want the OC , you should do what lee32uk listed above ...

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

Any opinions?

That looks ok. You might have to move the fan up slightly on the cooler to allow the ram to fit but it isn't a huge issue. If you don't want to do this then something like Kingston HyperX Fury ram is lower in profile and will fit under without issue.

Really? That's bad :S But i Will only use 3 slots, so the first slot will be cleared and away from the Hyper 212

You might not have to move the fan. It just depends on how far the cooler goes over the ram slots, plus you can always put the fan on the rear so it is pulling air through.

I had to move the fan up slightly on my bequiet cooler as it was touching the top of the ram. It hasn't affected the cpu temps in any way.

No I don't have the same spec as you. My system is a couple of years old (Spec is in my profile)

If you want to save some more money then change the power supply to the XFX XTR 550W as that is enough for a GTX 970.

As you don't want to SLI then you can also change the Motherboard to the MSI Z97 Gaming 3.

A case such as the NZXT S340 will also be cheaper than the Phanteks. It is out of stock on the website, but you should be able to find it at a different store (Or wait for it to come back in stock)

http://www.globaldata.pt/caixa-atx-nzxt-s340-preta.html

That should drop the overall price by about 45 Euros

To drop the price do you really need a SSD? You could get a WD Blue 1TB for cheaper. Plus if you arent SLI a Z97 Gaming 3 and like Lee said a 550W PSU will be plenty.

i7-6700k  Cooling: Deepcool Captain 240EX White GPU: GTX 1080Ti EVGA FTW3 Mobo: AsRock Z170 Extreme4 Case: Phanteks P400s TG Special Black/White PSU: EVGA 850w GQ Ram: 64GB (3200Mhz 16x4 Corsair Vengeance RGB) Storage 1x 1TB Seagate Barracuda 240GBSandisk SSDPlus, 480GB OCZ Trion 150, 1TB Crucial NVMe
(Rest of Specs on Profile)
