 1. Use partpicker

 2. Change the mobo, ASrock tend to fail easily.

 3. Go with a better power supply.

CPU: Intel i7-4790K @ 4.7GHz --- RAM: Lenovo 1600MHz 16GB --- MOBO: Gigabyte Z97-G7 --- GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0+--- PSU: Corsair CX600 --- Case: Corsair Air 540 --- Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 --- OS: Windows 8.1 --- Monitor: 24" AOC G2460P + Dell 19" --- Mouse: Logitech MX Perfromance --- Keyboard: Corsair K70 (Cherry MX Brown) --- Audio: Sennheiser HD558

Don't buy a GTX 980, it's overpriced! Buy 2 GTX 970s or 2 R9 290s intstead (the R9 290s would even be cheaper)

Yes, it is, but could you please specify your uses for this build. If you are gaming, please do not waste your money on an i7

Yes I am gaming, but I already have an i7 so I can't change it... Is that bad?

Go with this CPU.

I already own the i7 4770 so it would be a waste of money just to get the 4770k and than buy the mobo...

The what? What does that mean?

It means you will only have 1 "stick" of memory. A two channel kit (two sticks of 4 GB) would be about 10-25 dollars cheaper.

ohh ok. any H97 board are good enough for gaming but they can't overclock.

Yes, which is exactly why I get them. I will overclock my GPU but I wont overclock my CPU so I get H97 pro4.
