Title, I want Android, decent camera and (near) stock Android.

Moto E 2015 and the G 2014 have pretty much stock Android Lollipop (Moto E comes with Lollipop out of the box where as with the G you have to update manually) and are quite decent in terms of performance.

Sounds like the Moto G is your best friend. If not, then check out the Moto E.

Meizu m1 note pretty much smashes everything, but android is not stock, it's a good OS though. Moto G offers stock android, but camera is crappy.

Battery life will be better. Camera not so much.

 

Have you looked into Meizu? Don't be afraid that it is chinese, it's good quality.
