Split Screen Emulators?

Okay so I have started playing split screen with my girlfriend but of course console has always supported it more often so I was thinking of like emulating mario kart or something but how would I do that split screen with 2 xbox 360 controllers?

 

Also there was a program someone suggested that is like a huge programs for loads of emulators and organised them, what is it?

n64- project 64

gamecube/wii - dolphin

Dolphin has a pretty comprehensive game pad config utility, it's pretty easy to set up.

You just connect both gamepads and set up the second one just like the first except in the tab for controller 2. For most emulators at least.

me and the Mrs play mario kart wii splitscreen on dolphin with no problems. You can play with 4 controllers.

As long as they are wired or as long as you have the wireless dongle for them.

I've successfully used my Xbox One controller (which everything detects as a 360 controller) with both Project64 and Dolphin. I haven't tried split-screen but I don't see why it would suddenly stop working there.

Yes sir.

I uses 1 xbox one wires controller and 3 xbox 360 wired controllers.

It's a blast dude, smash bros brawls is sweet to.

As fas as i know evey console that supports splitscreen that can be emulated will also support splitscreen on pc

i cant get my xbox one controller to work properly with project 64
