Ask linus if you can have his personal rig. You will be awarded both the butthurt, and "now to be silent" forum badges....

Primarily this is a forum that was built to support a youtube channel, and most of the comps are run with that in mind.

the badges given are mostly community driven, altough some a for contribution's made.

community based badges:

build log of the week.

featured buildlog.

contribution based badges:

F@H(by joining folding team and reaching a certain amount of points)

first blood (obtained by donating money in the first wave of donations, not availeble anymore)

office builder (obtained through donating for the office)

I think OP meant more along the lines of giveaways....

Not so much. Lets be honest. Linus media group is a business, and run as such. If the click-through revenue on the forum ever warrants a comp, I'm sure they will hold one, but for now It's limited to youtube, and whatever other video platforms they choose to distribute on.

The easiest way to earn badge is to join Boinc and/or Folding teams. And staying there. I think @Whaler_99 assignes badges monthly or so and maybe removes them too. New reporters could be next easiest, but require much more skill and talent. Not to repost stuff, write clean and easy to read stuff without plagiarising.

Contributor badges are easy if you have money and time it when they are doing the campaign. Like the two I have.
