Why do you guys enjoy my little pony?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

REAL men like ponies and call themselves bronies....

 

I can't keep this up, there are no self respecting male human beings that would ever admit in public to liking or even watching my little pony.  If such a thing ever occurred they might spontaneously transform into some sort of hermaph hybrid, it's too dangerous.  Don't do it men, stay in the closet, hide your true feelings, the world is not ready for your open pony loving.

Because you know some people enjoy watching it and like a fanbase that can be extremely toxic. I used to to be a Brony, the fanbase was so toxic I upped and left it.

The character are likeable and the humour is enjoyable

 

 

however, I stopped watching it last year or so

... ok what the hell could bronies do that could possibly be toxic?  Did they paint too many skittles colors on a rainbow pony and get annoyed at someone else calling it out?   I don't even comprehend how pony lovers could be toxic/bullies.

 

It's like hearing the fandom for sesame street/mr rogers/barney/teletubbies are ruthless thugs who will eff you up.  Now I am intrigued, the bronie thing sounds like a cover, a cover for one of the most terrible criminal syndicate powers on the earth, hidden from view where only those inside know the secret of fight club.

None of us actually like the show. Hasbro has just brainwashed us so that it attracts more attention.

Well it's just like evey other fandom. It has good people and bad people.
