ASRock x99 Killer vs Gigabyte UD5 vs Asus x99 pro/deluxe

So I'm looking to upgrade to an x99 system. I think I've decided on the 5930k just because 28 vs 40 pci-e lanes seems beneficial, especially if/when I run crossfire and start adding on m.2 ssd's and such, though I'm willing to hear arguements for the 5820k at this point as well.

The main issue is trying to pick a motherboard. I can't see myself ever doing 3 way SLI/Crossfire, let alone 4 way. I was originally looking at the gigabyte UD5, but there seem to be a good number of people out there with issues with it as far as stability and functionality go, and lots of problems booting with USB devices connected. The asrock fatality killer looks pretty solid as well, and is kind of where I'm leaning right now. That said, is the Asus pro, or even the deluxe worth the extra money for some reason other than the name? I've had a lot of asus products in the past and have been happy with them, but I can't see paying 60-100 more just for the name. Suggestions?

Thanks

what are the prices of the boards?

I'm sorta limited to what microcenter has as I get 40 bucks off for buying the processor there.

The AsRock is 269 with a 40 dollar MIR

Gigabyte is 289

Asus x99 Pro is 319

Asus x99 Deluxe is 389

Obviously if there is something that is still a better deal elsewhere, I can do that, but that 40 bucks off the above price is nice.

Get the Asrock X99 Killer. It has a ton of features for the money.

This seems like the consensus so far. Do you guys think the 5930 is worth it with this board/in general for two way crossfire and some m.2 and misc. expansion cards? I've also heard some reports that the 5820k's seem to be lower binned in terms of overclock and memory controler speeds and such too.

That's the point in this upgrade. Upgrading CPU/Mobo/Ram is a huge pain and doesn't give as much performance increase as a GPU upgrade most of the time. Hence, i hate doing it and don't want to do it again until I absolutely have to, both for gaming and content creation.
