Title says all

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

 

Case: Zalman ZM-T4,Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H81M-S2H LGA 1150, HDD/SSD: 2TB Seagate Expansion drive, 1TB Samsung Portable HDD, 160gb Intel SSD, PSU: 550w corsair cxm

max watts that your card will draw before it starts throttling

just push it up to max so theres the least chance of power throttling

The power limit would be as much as your 6 or 8 pin power connectors combined will push out. I don't know the wattages for these connectors though. Or it could be your power supply, with not enough watts to feed the system, and the gpu and cpu would throttle to avoid overloading the power supply.

i would say it is. i have mine on max power 122%

yes, its limited to 100something percent for no risk of damage
