would this be a good cheap build

RAM:               Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3-1600 CL9
SSD:                Adata Premier Pro SP920 128GB

GPU:               XFX Radeon R7 260X Black Edition 2GB

I'd get more ram. 8gb at least.

why wouldn't you be able to? it's a z97 motherboard, z stands for oc-able

dont waste money on Z board...  MSI  H81M-E33  can overclock that CPU with a bios update
