Look at silverstone or lian-li they even have cases with screens and a remote so it looks identical to a dvr.

I have some old computer parts that I intend to use to build a linux based HTPC for my living room. The only thing I am missing is subtle and good looking case that can fit the mATX mobo I have. The more it looks like a DVR the better.
