Mid range budget air cooling one fan

Hi.

I'm building my friend a mid-range rig, the budget is around 500€

It's not a really much of a deal, 750 ti + fx 6300

My idea was to put a 120mm fan in the front bottom of the case (in-taking), than, the graphics card cooler(hot air goes up anyway) + Hyper TX3 54.8 (that would be facing up, out-taking to the open holes in the top of the case)well, out-taking.

I think that would be enough, as the CPU cooler fan would get the out-take job done while the bottom front would supply them the needed air. Probably keeping the pressure neutral-high.

(I'd also put a dust filter in the front one cuz o' obvious reasons)

Is this a good idea?

Thanks for your time.

What case do you have? Are you current temps unsatisfactory?

Warmer air rising is insignificant where there's any active airflow.
