This is an excellent PSU for the money and it will suit your build perfectly if you're sticking with a single 970. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550bbefx

Also the motherboard is overkill. It's overpriced and you will see zero performance difference compared to something cheaper like the MSI Z97 Gaming 5.

EVGA G2 if you are from US.

Super Flower Leadex if you are from Europe.

Are you planning to add a second 970 for SLI later on?

In that case you can go with the EVGA 750G2 mentioned above, but I would also strongly recommend the 750B2: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

The B2 is cheaper then the G2 and you won't really notice the difference in performance. Both units are great performers and are made by Super Flower so you know they're built solidly. The two things you'll really notice with the G2 are full modularity and hybrid fan mode, but IMO it's not worth the extra $35 since you'll be using the attached cables anyways, and the HAF 912 isn't exactly a silence-oriented case.
