They can complete tasks with less time in between. It really doesn't effect FPS in games (beyond .5 Frames).

 

TL;DR Get whichever is cheaper, unless you have specific needs.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Not unless you are doing some thing that uses lots of ram
