FPS troubles

Right so I recently got a new graphics card, MSI R9 280X 3GB, and when I play Call of Duty on my  Samsung LE26B450C4 TV, I for some reason constantly have massive FPS drops playing on anything higher than medium settings on 1360x760 resolution. Anyone know what the problem is?

Run HWmonitor through the game and just browsing the web and upload a picture for us to see the temps and utilizations.

The only thing i think it can be is overheating of some kind.

Does it happen in any other game you can test?

@KE2012 It's fine on other games like Tomb Raider, Dead island and GTAIV. Here's HWMonitor at idle and during game-play.  [edit, It's also saying that the dedicated memory is full, not sure what that means but I doubt it's using all 3GB]

I found the problem. Apparently one of the setting options was bugged. Seems other people have had the same problem. Thanks for the help any way!
