  1. I found the problem. Apparently one of the setting options was bugged. Seems other people have had the same problem. Thanks for the help any way!
  2. @KE2012 It's fine on other games like Tomb Raider, Dead island and GTAIV. Here's HWMonitor at idle and during game-play. [edit, It's also saying that the dedicated memory is full, not sure what that means but I doubt it's using all 3GB]

  4. Right so I recently got a new graphics card, MSI R9 280X 3GB, and when I play Call of Duty on my Samsung LE26B450C4 TV, I for some reason constantly have massive FPS drops playing on anything higher than medium settings on 1360x760 resolution. Anyone know what the problem is?
