Hi,

I've recently bought a ROG Matrix 780ti by Asus and before putting it in my board, I checked and noticed some minor scratches on the PCIe Pins.

Is there any chance that those cards are getting pre-tested somehow or did I maybe get a already used one?

I only skimmed this article but I think it's about cards of the TOP series (yes I know it's from 2012) getting actually tested before being shipped:

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

The Matrix cards only go through a GPU binning process now.

what do you exactly mean by "now"?

Launch of GTX 700 series and Rx 2xx series cards, individual testing each card would take WAY to much time for a manufacture to do.

Just call Asus and ask. They will either say yes or no and if no, send that card back. If you can
